One of the most beautiful small gorges of Crete, with impressive formations and vegetation. It starts south of the village of Pefkoi and ends a little north of the Aspros Potamos region of Makrygialos. Its total length is about 2.0 kilometers and the height difference between entrance and exit is about 300 meters. A very well-formed path follows the bed of the canyon almost along its entire length.
